An English Version of IPL?

If Cricinfo is to be believed, David Collier backs an English version of the IPL, and he has explicitly stated that the ECB was preparing to adapt their domestic Twenty20 Cup to attract more leading players and offer an alternative to the IPL. Read it here.

An English Premier League now?

They better. Because the Central Contracts run out in September this year, meaning that the players might be free to play in the IPL.
